An Executive Leadership Mastermind
External perspective (Outsight) meets internal clarity (Insight)
Are you ready to shift perspective, spark innovation, and build a culture of excellence?
Join Outsight <> Insight, an executive-level mastermind designed for senior leaders who are ready to grow with intention. Led by Suzanne Weller and Jason Leuenberger - with a combined 25 years of experience in coaching high impact leaders.
We combine monthly group sessions, one-on-one coaching, a one-day in-person retreat in the Seattle region, strategic tools, and a trusted peer cohort to help you step OUT OF the daily grind and lead INTO impact..

Why Join?
Because leading at a senior level means you can’t afford to figure everything out alone - and most masterminds won’t challenge and support you like this one.
