    Outsight <> Insight is live and delivered virtually each month with one group session and a 45-minute 1:1 coaching session. We're also planning a half-day on-site retreat in the larger Seattle region in March 2025.

Join a select group of senior leaders in an exclusive 9-month mastermind program designed to elevate leadership to new heights. This program offers the strategic insights, peer support, and personalized coaching you need to drive transformative change in your organization.

Audience: Senior and Executive Leaders (including Founders)

Program Size: Up to 10 participants to ensure an intimate and impactful experience.

Program Duration: October 2024 - June 2025.

The Experience

Monthly Group Meetings: Connect with your peers in a structured, 55-minute session each month. Each meeting features a 15-minute “hot seat” segment, giving one participant the spotlight to tackle their most pressing challenges with direct feedback and insights from the group.

Quarterly Guest Speakers: Learn from industry leaders and thought-provoking guest speakers. Dive deep into the latest trends, strategies, and leadership philosophies that will equip you with the tools to navigate the complexities of your role.

Monthly 1:1 Coaching: Receive tailored guidance and support with a 45-minute one-on-one coaching session each month. Your dedicated coach will help you navigate personal and professional challenges, ensuring you stay aligned with your leadership goals.

On-site Retreat: Rejuvenate and refocus during our mid-program retreat. This in-person gathering is designed to foster deeper connections, inspire creativity, and provide a space for candid discussions on leadership challenges and opportunities.
